The BoF 500 list "is
a professional index of the people shaping the global fashion industry,
based on hundreds of nominations received from current members of the
BoF 500, data analysis and months of research to unearth names from all
corners of the globe" choosing people who have impacted their fashion world across countries.
The fashion experts join famous names from around the world including Amal Clooney, Bruno Pavlovsky of Chanel, Caitlyn Jenner and more who made the list.
Nigerian, Omoyemi Akerele who owns Style House Files and Lagos Fashion & Design Week initiative made the BoF 2014 list last year.
